Refund Policy

Students may cancel their enrollment for any reason and receive a complete refund of their tuition prior to the first day of class. To make a cancellation, please call or email us to let us know your change in plans. Once class has begun, students may cancel their enrollment and receive a 50% refund of their tuition payment if they do so before the add/drop period closes. (Typically, the add/drop period ends on the 10th day of instruction. Your enrollment advisor can verify this date for you.) After the add/drop period has ended, students may cancel their enrollment but they will not receive a refund. Please note that your refund may take up to two weeks (10 business days) to be processed.
