SEATTLE: April 24, 2007 - Giant Campus, the recognized national leader in youth technology summer programming, announced today the launch of its free Employee Benefit Program providing companies with 5,000 or more employees a discount to select summer programs.
Through a special agreement between participating companies and Giant Campus, families can receive up to $150 off a summer Cybercamps program. This discount is in addition to any other discounts Giant Campus may be offering, so the typical savings could even be more.
More than three dozen corporations are participating in the benefits program including: Boeing, Anixter, Google, Verizon Wireless, The Walt Disney Company, Eddie Bauer, Washington Mutual, and Chevron.
The Employee Benefit Program offers discounts to Cybercamps -- the nation's leading summer computer and technology program for youth and teens 7-18. During Cybercamps week-long programs, kids learn exciting skills in technology such as Web design, Flash animation, computer programming, game design, robotics and more.
And while they're having fun in the labs, they're learning! The Cybercamps curriculum has been proven to help kids improve their thinking skills. In fact, an independent study found that kids who took the Cybercamps courses scored up to 90% higher on their standardized school tests. Maybe that's why their motto says, "Human brains learn more when they're having fun."
Families save $50 off their first week of Cybercamps, and $100 off each additional week. To receive these savings, payment in full is due at the time of registration.
