Seattle - June 2006 - In 2000, Giant Campus (then known as Cybercamps) was named Washington's Best Company to Work For in the small business category. Then in 2004, 2005, and now again in 2006, Giant Campus has won honors as a top finalist.
The awards are part of Washington CEO's annual report on the state's best companies. Employees from participating companies complete anonymous online surveys that grade an organization's management team in 10 categories ranging from hiring, retention, benefits, and company culture. Employees' scores account for 67 percent of the final score. The remaining final score is determined by select editorial staff of Washington CEO after reading the company's submitted corporate profile.
"We are very pleased to receive this honor yet again. Continuing to be a part of the top finalists reinforces the fact that we are a great team of people here who really believe in what they are doing - we're making a real difference and that makes it easy to come to work each day," says Pete Findley, CEO.
